Green Howards, Alexandra, Princess of Wales' own
Yorkshire Regiment served in in all the major theatres
of World War II. In France with the BEF where they
retreated from Dunkirk, in Norway, The Middle East and
North Africa, Sicily, Italy, the D-Day landings in
Normandy, and Burma. There is a list of Awards and
Honours and a Roll of Valour. Presented in green boards
with silver gilt motif on front board, and spine titles.
