First hand accounts of the men who took part in the heroic and
tragic Charge of the Light Brigade at the Battle of Balaclava on
the 25th October, 1854. Previously unpublished biographies and
photographs of the men bring their stories to life -some of them
died penniless, whilst others found fame and fortune. This
impressive volume analyses an unrelenting and cruel military
campaign, where many would perish, unravelling the myths to find
many of the missing Chargers. Unpublished photographs and unique
archive material make it a valuable reference for future
generations.
This copy is one of a limited edition of 200 copies printed on
high quality paper and with dustwrapper. It is individually
numbered and signed by the author who is a member of the Crimean
War Research Society and an authority on both Heavy and Light
Brigade Chargers.

Cry Zimbabwe tells how Robert Mugabe came to power in Zimbabwe in
1980. The election was a sham. It had been flawed by the murderous
campaign of intimidation conducted against the black population by
the political commissars of ZANLA — ZANU-PF’s military wing. The
book tells how, in the '90s, Mugabe vengefully launched invasions of
squatters led by ‘War Veterans’ on to white-owned farms. They
embarked on a campaign of murder, rape, beatings, torture and
intimidation. Africa's richest nation, Zimbabwe has descended into
an anarchic hell hole where millions, mostly black are starved and
suppressed by Mugabe's crazed dictatorship.

Prior to the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989 every seasoned
visitor to the city knew the oppressive feeling of riding the U-Bahn
through the poorly illuminated stations under East Berlin, which,
since August, 1961 had been closed by the East German authorities .
Thomas Wenzel and Michael Richter took the opportunity immediately
after the wall fell to descend to the long forgotten underworld to
record the situation in photographs. Backed with interviews and
maps, Heinz Knobloch added his memories and provided detailed and
investigative text.
